Skills Based Courses

There are no entry requirements for skills courses and you can simply book and pay online, via each individual course profile.

Build Your Own MA Courses (BYOMA)

Applications for BYOMA short courses can be made electronically or by post/fax. Please ensure you read the application guidelines before filling out the form.

Electronic Applications

The Application Process

  1. Complete the Short Course Application Form
  2. Save the completed form to your computer.
  3. Log-in to your email account and open new message.
  4. Attach the word application form.
  5. Send email to info@cemp.ac.uk.

You should be aware that when you email BU the possibility exists, however minimal, that unauthorised individuals may be able to intercept your message and any personal data. You may prefer to post your application form to us.

Postal Applications

You can complete and print your application form on your computer, or alternatively, print the form and complete it by hand.

  1. Complete the Short Course Application Form.  
  2. Print the completed application form.
  3. Sign the declaration.
  4. Post or fax your application form to:

Application Guidelines
  • Use BLOCK capital letters.
  • Complete all sections of the form which relate to your application.
  • Please read the general entry requirements and further entry requirements for the particular short course in which you are interested. If you are in doubt about your eligibility, please contact us.
  • Make sure you read and understand the personal declaration.
  • Sign and date your application form (you only need to date the form if applying online).

If your application is successful you may be required to provide 2 references and proof of your previous study (including degrees and/or professional qualifications). If English is not your first language you will need to provide proof of your English language ability.
